EVALUATION problem: Need to remove JQS browser plugins to help files-in-use improvement in JRE installer fix: this is for deploy repo changes only. remove jqs_plugin.dll and jqsnotify.exe and all of it's source. modify jqs.exe to not register browser plugins anymore.
