Description
When trying to upgrade java, i get these messages
bin\awt.dll: old file not found however a file of the same name was found no update done since file contents do not match. Java update fails to apply changes to your system. Java set up error # 1722.

Resolved in 8, low-impact bug. Will not backport for 6/7.

This seems a PiP issue, which would not apply to 8, but needs to be check for 7u.

EVALUATION I believe this is a duplicate. We should check bin/awt.dll checksum to see if it matches what we are expecting. If it isn't, do a full uninstall/reinstall. Not sure if we should target JDK6 or 7 or both.
