JDK-8152193 - GC heap memory usage does not take into consideration overcommit_memory setting
Description
If the heap has not reached its maximum value needs to expand for an allocation
but cannot, return a message based on the error message from the mmap() (or equivalent)
call that tries to commit the additional memory.
