Description
Corresponding hotspot fix for 6612680: Remove classloader dependency on jkernel sun.jkernel.DownloadManager is now a BootClassLoaderHook. The jkernel VM will be responsible for setting DownloadManager as the boot classloader hook if sun.jkernel.DownloadManager is present. Other JDK builds will have a null boot classloader hook.
