Description
To reproduce:

1) install jre 6u14 b01
2) install sun service tags software from inventory.sun.com
3) uninstall jre 6u14 b01

After step 1, servicetag directory is created in 6u14 with no servicetag file; this is correct. However, after installation of sun service tags software and uninstallation of jre, a servicetag entry is created in the registry.
This can be checked by running the command 'stclient -x'. Expected result is no
servicetag should be created during uninstallation of jre.
Tested with b02, after uninstallation service tag entries are not removed from the
registry and the folder jre6/lib/servicetag is not deleted.
