Description
The behavior of opening Java Console via the browser's menu (Tools -> Java Console) behaves differently on Vista + FF3 and XP + FF3.

In Vista, the action will trigger VM to launch and open a Java Console, but on XP, the menu item will be disabled and no Java Console is opened. This is only reproducible with the new plugin.

The Java Console menu item should be removed if we do not want user to access JC from there.

Comments
EVALUATION Although the java console item shows up under the FF3 Tools menu on Vista, clicking on it doesn't do anything. The java console item appears to be grayed out (unselectable) on subsequent opening of the Tools menu within the same browser session. There's an RFE 6795054 (Make Java Console menu option work with new Java Plug-In) for addressing the java console issue with new Java Plug-in.
