Description
requested.list is not getting removed from Virtual Store on UAC enabled Vista.

We need to clean up Virtualized directory at the time of installation. This bug is harmless bug as it will install the bundles in requested.list before other bundle installation. 

How to reproduce:
Un-install Kernel JRE and remove "c:\users\<user>\Local\Virtual Store\Program Files\Java"
Regedit  - JavaSoft\Java Deployment Toolkit\URLOverride - http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/PIT_6UR/dtoolkit.xml  ( 1.6.0_10 pointing to b27 PIT)
Load Page - http://sqindia.india.sun.com/disk17/deployment/raghu/kernel/KJRE004/customJREBundleApplet.html
(Which will install JRE1.6.0 and setAdditional Bundles - extra_dlls, fonts, javax_xml,javax_management ) 
Make sure that JRE is installed and Addition bundles are downloaded first in reciepts file. 
Now remove JRE from the m/c.  
Check Virtual Store - requested.list is still there. 

When installing next time when Kernel JRE is installed  bundles from requested.list will be installed first.
