Description
A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
Is to add classes to support Hijri Calender in addition to Gregorian calender. Hijri calender is the main calender for Arab and Muslim calender.

JUSTIFICATION :
Many application here in Saudi Arbia uses Hijri Calender, especially government related applications. Also, some developers tend to convert to .NET becasue it has support for Hijri calenders.
