Description
I put back a critical bug fix:

Fixed 6578538: com.sun.crypto.provider.SunJCE instance leak using KRB5 and LoginContext

The build processes for JCE (sunjce_provider.jar) in OpenJDK6 haven't been established yet.  Once we have that established, I'll putback the binary provider file in the closed directory.  Since we're not really building using the make/closed area, the only test that will fail is the TestProviderLeak.java.

EVALUATION Do not plan to put back pre-built binaries. All binaries are built by the normal build process. Therefore closing as "will not fix."
