Tested build : PIT bundles dated Feb-05

1)Try loading the following applet using JNLP inside IE or FF3
http://nicole1.sfbay.sun.com:8080/plugin_tests/JNLPSupport/applets/AppletBasics/JNLPBasicService1-jnlp-applet-rel.html
2) It will load fine
3) Close the browser and remove deployment_user_home i.e. D:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Sun
4) try invoking the same applet again it fail to load by throwing following exception
