JDK-6641731 - The Java control panel is not showing up in the Windows Vista control panel on a AMD 64 machine
Description
Install JRE 6u10-b05 32 bit on a AMD Vista 64 bit machine. Then go to Windows Control Panel -> View 32-bit Control Panel Items. Notice that the Java Control Panel icon is not there. It is not there in b10 as well.  This seems to have happen starting b05, becuase it was there in b04.
