Description
When a Java app requests additional components to be downloaded, "Additional Components" dialog appears. Currently the dialog waits about 0.5s before it's dismissed. This time is too short and causes the dialog disappears and reappears many times during the download.

Please extend the time to 1.5s.

EVALUATION This was actually fixed some time ago as part of another CR. The time has been increased to two seconds and there were many other fixes for issues with dialog recycling.
