Description
Graphics within the installer windows look pixelated when the Message Box font size is other than Tahoma 8. This happens if the user has changed to a higher DPI (120) from the Windows default (96) -- OR -- if the user changes the Message Box font to a different size. Smaller fonts (7 and below) shrink the graphics proportionately (but not very well). Similarly, larger fonts (9 and above) blow up the images. This affects all the panels of the installer, but most notably the progress panel since it has text that is rendered in the graphic. See the attachments for an example of this panel.

Comments
SUGGESTED FIX If possible, keep the graphics the same size no matter what the chosen font size is for Windows. Make sure the window size does not change (if the font is made smaller).
