Description
Step to reproduce:
------------------
1) Run the attached program.
2) Observe that title is in white  color actually it should have been in black. If you see the same then the bug is reproduced.
This bug is seen in all OS only in Nimbus LookAndFeel.

I have attached the screen shot of the same.
JProgressBar with a title Border set also has the same issue.
