Description
Step to reproduce:

1) Run SwingSet2.
2) Select JColorChooser demo. Click on 'BackGround' button. You will see a JColorChooser .
3) Click on 'HSB' tab. Observe that Slider tumb is bend towards right side or incorrect. 
I have attached the screen shots. 
This can be observed in all OS with nimbus LAF.
