J2SE           : FAIL - 1.5.2 since u13, pass u12
Platform[s]    : FAIL - inilialy found on Windows Vista x64. Probably other windows platforms affected

Two tests:
api/java_awt/interactive/event/EventTests.html#EventTest0013
api/java_awt/interactive/event/EventTests.html#EventTest0012

fail on windows vista 64 bit. The reason of failure is since jdk 1.5.0 u13 lightweight and heavyweight components do not receive focus by the first click.

EVALUATION reproducible on windows2000 as well as on Vista. Not reproducible on Linux.
