Description
Color Chooser's JSlider in the HSB tab appears cut off on Vista

Steps to reproduce: 
1)Run Swigset2, switch the JColorChooser demo and open th JColor Chooser
2)Switch the  tab. 
3)The Slider which indicates the current seleceted color appears cutt off  at the right side tip.
This appears fine on other L&Fs and is visible only on Vista in Windows L&F. 
I tried this with jdk7b12 and could regress it back to jdk6b90.
