Internal Error 2762 dialog pops up after clicking finish in installer.
Bundle tested:

This bug was found in l10n PIT testing, but it also appears in official build published in java.sun.com. The category is changed to install.

download jre-1_5_0_11-windows-i586-p from java.sun.com, or download jre-1_5_0_12-windows-i586-p from jre.sfbay.sun.com

1. Uninstall previous JRE's and Install JRE 5.0 (no later than 5u10)

2. Open up IE and view any applet

3. Now Install the new JRE while IE is still open 
the bundle is the one I mentioned above (jre 5.0u11 from java.sun.com)

4. At the end of the install, it should show the following:

5. Click finish. 

what expected is:
All opened Internet Explorer dialogs will shutdown and a new IE browser process will be launched with this url:

http://java.com/verify

the actual result is:

Please see the attached screen from ja locale, it's the same in winxp-pro zh_CN, winxp-pro en, and I believe it happens in all the locale.
