Description
we have developed a JavaScript solution to common deployment problems (such as JRE detection and JRE installation). we will be hosting this JavaScript and we will be promoting it through our "Best Practices" guide.

so it makes sense to have a "definitive" copy of the JavaScript in our workspaces and
under source code control.
