Description
This bug is opened to addresss the timezone changes for Western Australia  from java side.
Fujitsu Australia is looking for an official statement/document/workaround/patch for java from Sun.

changes that come into effect is as below:

From the hour of 2 a.m. on 3 December 2006 until the hour of 2 a.m. on 25 March 2007 summer time shall, throughout the State, be one hour in advance of standard time (GMT+8) and shall be observed accordingly.

EVALUATION Olson's timezone data which includes this change has been released. We usually use the bug ID for Olson's data update when we update timezone data in JRE, so I close this as a duplicate of 6497526. 6497526 will be fixed soon.
