JDK-6487334 - vista: changes made by java control panel has no effect
Description
whenever jusched.exe is started on logon to Vista 5840, "Program Incompatibile" dialog
is shown. This is annoying to the user & also the user could disable
autoupdate by clicking on "Don't run" on the dialog.
This is happening because microsoft added a shim to match "5.*" jre versions.
Later they claim to have changed it to 5.0*, but we don't have their latest "sdb" file
to test.
We need a fix from our side, to change the version to 5.1 for jusched
and also from MS with 5.0* in their xml entry.
If not we need to change jusched version to not match 5.*

EVALUATION This was fixed as part of "controlpanel fix for Incompatible dialog" by changing the product version to 5.1 instead of 5.0
