JMX code should compile without warnings even when the -Xlint option is supplied.

EVALUATION It is currently impossible to get rid of all deprecation warnings, even using @Deprecation and @SuppressWarnings("deprecation"). See 6480588. But we can and should aim for zero warnings when compiling with -Xlint:all,-deprecation.
