Majority of Vista animation features were addressed by the fix for
6435825 [Win Vista: add animation support for swing
components]. However some of the features are not yet supported. For
example currently animation on state change is always from the picture
for the old state to the picture for the new state.  Some times state
might change during such animation. New animation should start from
the current picture and it should not take as long as an animation
from old state to new one. Fix for 6435825 does not support it.
Vista provides animation for ComboBox and other components which have popup part. This part does not appear instantly but rather 'grows in size'.
