Description
Please include the full version of Unicode copyright in the l10n files that are partially derived from CLDR. 
Please note that there is 6432829, which is to update Unicode copyright from the mini-version to the full version as well as data generation tool.

EVALUATION We will try to use "see also" field to track different bug fixes that uses CLDR as reference. But for existing files, I cannot find anything derived from CLDR.

EVALUATION I cannot find any file that has been partially derived from CLDR. I plan to close this bug if nobody has any example of such file. Thanks.
