...are now available; a missing version number problem is fixed (with
thanks to Bradley White for catching the problem).

it accumulates tzdata2006e released on the same day but with the above error :

...are now available. These reflect the changes circulated on the time
zone mailing list last week by Paul Eggert; I've also added new items to
