Description
tzdata2006d was released on April 17, 2006.

The files...
	ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2006d.tar.gz
...and...

...are now available. These reflect the Haiti, Sri Lanka, and Canada
changes circulated by Paul Eggert on the time zone mailing list; there's
also a new audio CD documented in the art file.

EVALUATION Because tzdata2006g has been released, this won't be fixed in Mustang.

EVALUATION Requires implementing the Olson's data as well as the changes in the regression tests due the real tz information changed
