Description
install mustang b77 On a fresh Vista beta(5308) without any jre installed before, then uninstall it.  After uninstallation,  
1. Java Control Panel Icon is still in Windows Control Panel
2. java.exe is still in %systemroot%/system32
3. many stuff are still in HKLM\Software\JavaSoft
4. HKCR\CLSID\CAFE* still exist

SUGGESTED FIX The CustomAction.idt file will be updated to set CustomAction with appropriate elevation privilege.

EVALUATION This was caused by the same issue as the 6396586. Since the uninstall CustomAction was not marked with the elevated privilege it failed to clean up the system on Vista.
