Description

Applet lifecycle and LiveConnect are heavily used by Java Plug-in customers, 
and there were many escalations/regressions in these areas.  An architecture 
redesign will improve stability and performance.  This is an umbrella RFE which
will resolve several bugs.
6313972 is duplicate of this bug in that applet thread is not killed correctly in lifecycle
6313940 is duplicate of this bug in that event dispatch thread is not killed correctly in lifecycle
4910772 is duplicate of this bug in that WINDOW_CLOSING is missing due to race condition during applet lifecycle
