  No, it does not have this problem with Mustang build 63

  WinXP


Bug Description:
  Running Eclipse 3.2M4  from 
      http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/eclipse/downloads/drops/S-3.2M4-200512151506/eclipse-SDK-3.2M4-win32.zip

  they will get left with a "DOS Box"/"Console" on windows running 
  the application and it terminates when exit Eclipse.
 
  It happened since build 64, did not have this problem with previous
  Mustang snapshot builds.
