Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install 64 bit jdk on AMD64 Windows machine
2) At the last screen of the install wizard, check/uncheck "Show the Readme File" multiple times and leave it checked
3) Click Finish

The Readme File is not shown up


Expected Behavior:
------------------
Checking "Show the Readme file" should show the readme file, even after multiple check/unchecks

EVALUATION This will be resolved when we do an official deployment support of windows amd64. The 32-bit and 64-bit installers will use the same tables, so the 64-bit installer will inherit the 32-bit fix for this problem.
