Description
This bug is filed to keep track of pack200/unpack200 localization requirements. It's related to 6189317, where the i18n of this tool is not complete. We also need to evaluate whether the l10n is really required for this tool.

Translation completed, however, some messages could not be handled by java filter in the translation tool. jdk/src/share/classes/com/sun/java/util/jar/pack/DriverResource.java has been added to the list of files to be translated in jdk8 drop40 for zh_CN and ja.

EVALUATION The resource file to be translated is jdk/src/share/classes/com/sun/java/util/jar/pack/DriverResource.java The corresponding make file also needs to be updated, so that the localized resource file will be included. As Michael is the only engineer who does the integration and file translation hand over with WPTG, I reassign the CR to Michael. If any help like CR integration and change in makefile needs my help, I can work on it.

EVALUATION 6189317 has been fixed, so we can perform l10n now by localizing the following file: /net/jre.sfbay/p/v31/jdk/7/ea/b70/ws/jdk/src/share/classes/com/sun/java/util/jar/pack/DriverResource.java

EVALUATION It's a little risky to add new localization at mustang rc time. Will defer to dolphin.
