EVALUATION The reason we agreed to keep this UMBRELLA CR open is for the convenience of a possible escalation from licensee. The expected escalation did not happen and we were/are addressing the real issues in the sub-CRs. Closed this CR as Not a Defect.

EVALUATION There are still 2 sub-CRs are outstanding as of today...changed the targeted release to 5.0u25 to keep this umbrella alive.
