Description
As mentioned in 6257040, it is important that SunJSSE be able to generate all SSL/TLS secrets in secure hardware. This bug should address that by making only internal changes to SunJSSE, SunJCE, and SunPKCS11 and without introducing any public APIs.

Comments
EVALUATION This bug covers the changes to the JCE framework/SunJCE and SunJSSE. A separate bug is being filed for the SunPKCS11 changes.
