Description

Filing this bug to use as a bug id for tracking putbacks that allow
running c1 and c2 in the same vm in a tiered fashion.

EVALUATION This putback allows building of c1/c2 tiered compilation jvms on solaris sparc/x86. However we still build jvms as usual on all the platforms.
