Description
Creating a DateFormatSymbols instance always initializes the zoneStrings array, which contains the localized time zone names for all zone IDs. This should be done when it is actually needed.

Comments
EVALUATION Needs to initialize zoneStrings lazily, which requires to implement writeObject() for the backward compatibility. ###@###.### 2005-06-21 00:43:56 GMT
