Description
Customers commented that a reverse DNS lookup should be done in the SecurityManager code, not before the SecurityManager is called. We should take a closer look to determine whether there is any changes we can make safely and provide better performance.

EVALUATION There is not enough information in this CR to understand where in the code the underlying problem is. However, this could potentially be the same issue as captured in CR 4975882 and related CRs involving reverse DN lookup performance issues in SocketPermission.implies. I've marked it as incomplete/NMI for now to see if I can get more information from the submitter, but I plan to close it as not reproducible if I cannot get more information.
