Description
In order to dynamically attach tools (see CR 6173570) which use class redefinition, such as profiling and debugging agents, the ability to dynamically turn on this capability is needed.

EVALUATION Must be provided ###@###.### 10/4/04 01:02 GMT As part of the attach feature (6173612) we have updated JVMTI so that the can_redefine_class capability can be obtained in the live phase.
