1. Build AWTTest.java testcase:

2. Run testcase: java AWTTest
3. Select "AWT -> TextArea" menu
4. Click TextArea by using right-mouse button to open Windows' Edit popup menu
5. Move mouse pointer onto textarea to see it display an edit pointer.
6. Move mouse pointer onto popup menu.
At this time, mouse cursor should be arrow pointer,
but it's still edit pointer. <== PROBLEM
