Upon removal, the files /etc/mailcap and /etc/mime.types remain on the
system even if they were created by this package and are not referenced
by other packages.

EVALUATION
This isn't trivial. Most applications modify these files dynamically rather
than at install time. The only way to remove them properly would be to check
the contents of the file and remove it iff it is unmodified from when it was
created. That assumes there is only one JVM on the system. There may be many
which makes this a very difficult problem and not worth the effort to address.

Need to discuss this with Mike and Kumar. It may be as simple as regestering
these files with installf, but we need to be careful about package interactions.

Further review with the Java Desktop System team (and specifically Mozilla)
is required to determine how best to resolve this bug. This is not a showstopper for Tiger. The only question is... which package should remove
the files when refcount=0.

SUGGESTED FIX
###@###.### 2004-06-03
Refister these components vi installf. We need to analyse any other packages
which may modify these files to make sure they do the same. Netscape
is the likely consummer, but it does not seem to modify these particular
files.

/etc/mailcap and /etc/mime.types may be left incorrectly on the system
after the removal of SUNWj5cfg. This is a "no harm" situation.
