Description
With Cinnabar_07b installed and java1.4.2_02

-Set theme to High Contrast Inverse 
-Launch javahelp
-File -> Open Page
User cannot easily determine where items in the window are. 
The URL box, 'OK', and 'Cancel' buttons blend into the background and make 
it difficult to distinguish between items in the window.
