JDK-4781716 - JFileChooser must respond as usual to floppy drive selection
Description
When u select the floppy in the FileChooser, the native file dialog 
prompts to insert the disk(if drive is empty), but the JFileChooser does 
not show any dialog and shows a blank file panel.  This is unlike the 
native.
