Description
The initial JavaDoc for the BigDecimal pow methods added by jsr13 specify limited exponent ranges and a particular pow algorithm.  The specification should be updated to allow future implementations the flexibility to use better algorithms, algorithms with fewer constraints and/or more accuracy.
