Test program is attached.

This test program KeyLocationTest is going to output test result from
key input into the Test instructions applet window as "Location Standard for the key". and test result text will appear in this textarea to show new key input result one by one from keyborad.

This Keyborad input log will scroll up on Solaris. But On WindowsXP, text log does not scroll up. This bug started from jdk1.5.0 b08, but this function works fine with jdk1.4.2 b28.
