XP Luna with customized settings.
Display Properties -> Appearance tab -> Advanced button -> Active Title Bar
Size = 18, Font pt size = 8

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I set my windows title bars to a smaller height from the huge XP default.
The Swing XP L&F's JInternalFrame height does not match the OS settings height.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Control Panel -> Display Properties -> Appearance tab -> Advanced button -> Active Title Bar
Size = 18, Font pt size = 8

Run SwingSet2, set XP L&F and play with the internal frame demo.

The font size and color of the title bar seem correct, just the height is wrong.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
The height of JInternalFrame title bars should match the OS settings.
ACTUAL -
The height of the JInternalFrame title bars are at the default settings that Window XP is installed with.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
