JDK-4702233 - New AccessibleRelation and AccessibleRole constants needed (API change)
Description
A MANAGES_CHILDREN AccessibleState needs to be added to indicate that a 
component is responsible for managing its own children and that client
applications should not try to manage the children directly.  This change is
required by StarOffice and GNOME accessibility.
