Description
It's a regression from 1.3.x to 1.4.x (fails both in 1.4.0 fcs and 1.4.1 b10)

Bug # 4394882 says that revised fix for 4140220 passes the test for 4394882 but
the testcase for 4140220 is still failing.

This bug exists in 1.4.1 . Need to be fixed in 1.4.x and 1.4.1 and 1.4.2
