Description

Regression testcase for 4232879 exposed a new problem which switching panels.
It's leaves the old panel displayed in new one.

EVALUATION The regression is caused by fixes for bug 4475369 (fixed in 1.3.1_03) and 4096745 (fixed in 1.3.1_04, was a backport of Hopper fix).
