Some unlocalised sentences during installation/uninstallation of Java Web Start.

Install:
1) You must accept the following license before installing.
2) Setup has determined the optimal location to install. If you would
   like to change the directory, do so now.
3) Installation complete. Do you wish to view Readme.html?

Uninstall:
1) This will uninstall Java Web Start from your computer.
2) Uninstalled completed successfully.
