When user starts IDE (Netbeans) an attached window is appeared. This behaviour happens on Win2000.

WORK AROUND If a path to the net.dll is add to the PATH system variable then everything seems to be OK.

EVALUATION The path in the JDKpath.gif dialog box doesn't seem to include the bin directory of the JDK that's being used, which is awfully suspicious. We're investigating further... -- ###@###.### 2001/9/20 net.dll is not always loaded for nio functions that call into it. ###@###.### 2001-09-24
