Description
Synopsis says all.

Follow the instruction at:
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment2/yuwang/ws/doc/proc/JaWS_JnlpServlet.html

test procedure 7 to run the JRE Install.

After follow that step, try start JWS application manager, select preference ->
advanced, clear cache, (don't clear the check). After this action,
you will notice that in the cache/http dir, all the downloaded files
are removed, but the file structure is still there.

Anyway, this won't bother user too much.
